Yes. All engineering and drafting services follow the Ontario Building Code (OBC), CSA standards, ANSI\ASTM standards, PCI standards and any municipal requirements relevant to your project.

Proposals typically include revisions for few hours (1~2 hrs). Scope creep\changes\Large revisions are billed as extra work.

3. Interest may be applied to overdue accounts (up to 24% per annum, as permitted by Ontario law)

Yes. We comply with **PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)**. Client data is stored securely, encrypted where appropriate, and never shared without consent.

If an error originates from our deliverables, we will correct it promptly at no additional cost. If caused by incomplete/incorrect client data or late changes, additional charges may apply.

1. Scope & Change Management

1. Scope, deliverables, and deadlines are defined in the proposal/contract.
2. Any additional work requires a signed change order with revised cost and schedule.

2. Payment Terms

1. Deposit: 20–50% of total project value
2. Progress payments: Required on larger projects
3. Final payment: Due before final deliverables are released
4. Late payment: Interest of **2% per month (24% per annum)** or the maximum allowed by Ontario law

1. Timelines are estimates, subject to client responsiveness.
2. Revisions are limited to the agreed number of cycles.
3. Delays in client feedback may extend schedules.

4. Standards & Quality

1. Work is produced in accordance with the **Ontario Building Code**, **CSA standards**, and industry best practices.
2. Internal QA process ensures accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

1. Deliverables belong to the client upon full payment.
2. RSTT.ca retains rights to general methods, software tools, and templates.
3. Client agrees not to resell or sublicense deliverables without written agreement.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

1. We comply with **PIPEDA** and respect all client confidentiality agreements.
2. NDAs are available on request.
3. Client files are stored securely and retained for a minimum of 2 years.

7. Liability & Insurance

1. Liability is limited to the value of the contract.
2. Professional services are delivered under Ontario engineering and drafting standards.
3. RSTT.ca is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination & Cancellation

1. If the client cancels, payment is due for all work completed to date.
2. RSTT.ca may terminate work for non-payment or repeated client delays.
3. Disputes are governed by the laws of **Ontario** and heard in the courts of **Ontario** unless otherwise agreed.

9. Communication

1. Standard response time: 1 business day
2. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to each contract
3. Meetings via virtual platforms unless otherwise arranged

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
